Before that I operated and maintained the sixth largest Jira instance in the world at LinkedIn.I\'m a software toolsmith specializing in Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence. I have helped many companies understand how best to use these tools. I\'ve led and trained Atlassian administrators, and written two O\'Reilly books about Jira. I worked with Atlassian to create the Atlassian Certification Program, and am an Atlassian Community Champion (Leader) and speaker.I also install, configure and upgrade the Atlassian tools, migrate data into them, and integrate them with other systems.In the past I have written a number of apps (add-ons, plugins) for those tools. I also designed software development environments including version control, build systems, continuous delivery and all the other necessary tools.
