WORK HISTORY
Senior Design Technical Advisor @St. Mary\'s University
San Antonio, TX, US
In my role as a Technical Advisor over the past two years, I guided graduating senior undergraduate students through their capstone design projects with a focus on medical device innovation. I supervised the creation of cost-effective, user-friendly devices, including a system designed to manage and prevent hand contractures and a novel metal-free tissue expander prototype with an ultrasound-detectable injection cap. This role involved close collaboration with healthcare professionals, researchers, and engineers from various disciplines to ensure the success of each project.
