I have overall responsibility for the sales, service and operational delivery of all commercial revenue streams directly relating to Emirates Stadium – this includes all seasonal and match-by-match General Admission ticketing, all Premium seating and oversight of our stadium catering operation. I have also led a number of major stadium infrastructure projects, including the expansion of the Club Level tier and creation or redevelopment of new and existing facilities.Prior to working for Arsenal, I spent three years in Rio de Janeiro, establishing the stadium hospitality business for IMX, a Brazilian joint-venture company formed between IMG and EBX, with responsibility for all areas of project development and commercialization of three World Cup stadia.Previously, I worked at Wembley Stadium for the IMG Stadium Division, developing expertise in a variety of roles such as, research, account management, sales, retention, sales management and event & project management.
