I am a seasoned Senior Technical Program & Product Management Leader with nearly 21 years of global experience spearheading large-scale Digital Transformation, Product Development, and Cloud Solutions Programs across the Telecom, Consulting, and IT services industriesIn my current role in Product Management at BT Global, I oversee the launch of new Cloud Networking products. My responsibilities encompass creating the product roadmap, onboarding capabilities and engineering teams to design and develop the product. I also focus on product analytics, pricing strategies, customer experience journeys and collaborate closely with customers and the sales team to address their use cases, alongside marketing efforts.In my previous positions, I have been responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of several strategic programs valued in the tens of millions. I have managed teams of highly skilled and carefully selected individuals assigned with specialized duties, all focused on ensuring the successful completion of these programs.
