   Grew participation in our premium LIFT product via tweaks to our LIFT pitch deck, creation of a tailored single price recommendation by property, and engaging our sales reps to better understand our client’s data needs.• Turned around consecutive months of LIFT pricing declines into consecutive months of pricing increases via individual pricing review sessions with sales reps, altering sales rep commission quotas, and improving our price recommendation strategy.• Increased core product pricing 10%+ two years in a row with minimal churn after 5+ years of stagnant rates.• Enhanced the insight package that sales reps communicate to clients to include down funnel KPIs, property specific competitive landscape KPIs, and suggested actions clients can take to increase their impressions, renter lease, and lease production.• Lead monthly performance review sessions with our executive team.• Built automated internal reporting dashboards using SQL, Looker and Salesforce that gives insights into actual and forecasted monthly core product participants, LIFT participants, pricing upgrades/downgrades, realized revenue, and more.
