In my role as a Donor Engagement Advisor at CRS, I manage a portfolio of foundation and corporate donor relationships, guiding engagements from initial contact through to proposal development, implementation, and reporting. I lead knowledge management and learning initiatives, creating internal and external communications materials to support donor engagement. My responsibilities also include conducting prospect research to expand CRS’s donor base, particularly focusing on new foundation and corporate partnerships.I support field-based business development and program staff with prospect research and ensure compliance with donor requirements throughout project implementation. Additionally, I facilitate communication between project teams and donors, ensuring that achievements, challenges, and learnings are effectively communicated.
