ABOUT MAX BRÜNING
I’m driven by curiosity about how people make choices that shape their health and wellbeing. At Mintel, I design and analyse consumer surveys on health and wellness, turning data into insights that help organisations anticipate changing consumer needs and priorities. Before that, I completed a PhD in Economics at Maastricht University, publishing on health and wellbeing in the peer-review journals PNAS and Demography.I’m fascinated by how research, data science, and human-centred thinking can inform better products, smarter health policy, and more meaningful innovation. I also enjoy learning and optimising processes. Lately, I have been expanding my programming skills to explore how agentic AI can enhance research and insight generation.I’m motivated by the idea of using evidence and creativity to make wellbeing more actionable - for brands, individuals, and society.
