ABOUT MAURO IANNIZZI
I started writing code in the late \'90s, and spent the next twenty years working with companies of all sizes on digital projects. What I learned along the way is that technical problems, however complex, tend to get solved. Organizational ones are a different story. AI is accelerating that gap. The technology is moving fast — but most organizations aren\'t structured to absorb it. My work is about closing that distance: helping companies build the cultural and operational conditions to actually benefit from AI, not just adopt it on paper. I do this by combining strategic design, culture, and data — through MAIZE, within the JAKALA Group. I speak and write on these topics — innovation, organizational change, and what it takes to lead through AI-driven transformation.
