ABOUT MARIAVITTORIA PADOIN

Il mio obiettivo è quello di progettare contesti in modo tale da permettere alle persone di tirare fuori la loro parte migliore. Questo perché progettare prodotti/servizi soddisfacenti per i clienti finali significa pensare in maniera sistemica e quindi anche avere dei team che funzionano e che riescono a mettere a terra le idee e siano spinti a sentire il prodotto/servizio che stanno vendendo come qualcosa che gli appartiene di cui prendersi cura. Una parte della definizione di successo per me è riuscire a creare ambienti (fisici, digitali, culturali) dove l\'innovazione non è solo un obiettivo, ma il risultato naturale di persone che si sentono valorizzate, connesse e abilitate a dare il meglio di sé. — OLD: I ask a lot of questions because I don\'t like to take things for granted. What I want is to bring great social change and help people express their full potential. Currently working as a Service Designer in MAIZE, with a background in Interior Design and Service Design, I\'ve developed a range of cross-functional skills, both hard and soft. These include problem-solving in business strategy projects, training and learning programs, journey mapping and redesign, change management, organizational design as well as teamwork and the ability to work independently. I love to discover new things and be part of a changing landscape, also for this I co-founded TEDxConegliano I believe that design is a balance between aesthetic and functionality and that the designer is the medium that helps transform the limitations given by the client, the user, the society, and the environment to arrive at the solution.
