The Director of Basketball is essential in steering the overall success of all AAG Basketball programming. This role involves overseeing the strategic planning, marketing, and execution of major basketball tournaments, leagues, and events. The primary function is establishing and nurturing relationships to recruit events at the local, regional, and national levels while creating, building, and operating our own in-house AAG events. Driving revenue through event registrations, ticket sales, ancillary services, etc. The Director will manage basketball staff, focusing on achieving financial and operational objectives while ensuring exceptional experiences for participants and spectators at our state-of-the-art facilities.
