Functions and Responsibilities-Verification, Processing and posting of invoices and credit notes in SAP-Vendor Master Data Creation and Changes in SAP- Responding to all vendor enquiries regarding to Purchase orders, Invoices, Finance and Procurement- Analyzing Proposal of payment and preparing monthly reports( double parked invoices report and outstanding invoices in SAP)- Prepare statements for vendors, Down payments and direct debits processing-Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing reports and reconciling accounts - Work closely with procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations- Assist in forecasting cash flow by analyzing upcoming payment obligations and ensuring sufficient funds for payments- Prepare and analyze aging reports to track outstanding payables, prioritize payments, and manage overdue invoices.
