About Jenna Maurer
My path in communications and drive to impact education have been uniquely shaped by firsthand experience working with diverse learners and educators. From teaching on ski slopes to leading a K-8 afterschool program, I discovered my passion: using strategic communications and compelling storytelling to help people discover and access opportunities they might never have known existed. At Aspire Institute, I spearhead global integrated marketing communications strategies that reached over first-generation, low-income college students and our network of educators, institutions, and nonprofit partners worldwide. By crafting authentic narratives and building strategic partnerships across every country, we tripled program applications annually and expanded our impact exponentially.My journey through diverse educational spaces - from working at a boarding school for students with learning differences to developing marketing campaigns that educate youth-serving organizations about child abuse prevention - has honed my ability to create content that genuinely resonates with and inspires action from varied audiences. This experience, combined with my master\'s in media science from Boston University and bachelor\'s in international studies from Johns Hopkins, enables me to develop marketing strategies that not only drive engagement but connect people with opportunities that can change their path forward.As a passionate storyteller and strategic marketer, I excel at creating compelling narratives that inspire action across cultures and contexts.
