I’ve spent most of my life as an Entrepreneur. I see a problem and I want to understand it- then fix it. It’s why I started WOTC Genius. I know how impactful extra dollars a year can be to a small business owner because I am one. I worked for a big tax credit company and they saw the market as simply an economy of scale opportunity….Bigger companies mean bigger billables. I saw the opportunity to serve the hard working small business owners that are the real lifeblood of this country. If your business hires more than 1-2 people a month and you aren’t capturing the Work Opportunity Tax Credit you are leaving thousands of dollars in your tax bill that can go back into your pocket.
