We are a specialized consultancy working with sites, sponsors, and CROs in the clinical research industry.For sites, we manage confidentiality agreements and feasibilities, review and negotiate contracts and budgets, oversee accounts receivables, and perform financial audits. We also handle all aspects of reg via sites’ eRegulatory systems, and act as a liaison for sponsors, CROs, and IRBs.For sponsors and CROs, we assist with site ID and site selection, draft CDAs, budgets, and CTAs, manage site-facing negotiations, process site payments, and provide feedback on study design as well as develop, review, and proof protocols.
