Oversee and manage all aspects of Retirement Solutions Division including pricing, providers, technology and advisor resources-Drive Retirement Plan sales and retention by educating and assisting advisors across the country-Responsible for on-going Client Relationship Management for a $12B book of Qualified Plan business-Serve as a resource to all internal teams by providing technical expertise consistent with ERISA, DOL, regulatory and tax code requirements for proper design and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. Serve as a subject matter expert to ensure future products and services are developed with the parameters of regulatory requirements.
