Deputy Director of the Clean Energy Fund of Texas\' CHARGE program, which is focused on developing residential-serving community solar and battery storage projects at minority-serving institutions (MSIs) across the South and Southeast. CHARGE (Communities Helping America Renew and Grow the Economy), a joint effort with the Bullard Center for Environmental and Climate Justice at Texas Southern University, will bring solar power, lower utility bills, and new job opportunities to the underserved communities that are currently burdened with some of the nation\'s highest energy costs to create lasting, community-driven impact.
