At NICE Public Safety I am part of a Product and R&D team that is delivering state-of-the-art solutions for the Public Safety and Justice market, specifically, we are transforming how digital evidence is collected, prepared, managed, shared, and presented for Police, Law enforcement agencies, Criminal Prosecution, Defence Attorneys and Court.My responsibility is to lead the transitioning of the product strategy, vision, and goals into a product roadmap, create a set of features, develop a release plan, and then deliver the new capabilities and enhancements to solve our customer\'s biggest problems in a timely manner.This is done by collaborating daily with Business Stakeholders, Architects, and Development Teams to execute the desired plan within an Agile delivery framework.
