In an effort to create “the coolest” MySpace profile among my friends in high school, I taught myself HTML and CSS by opening up the source code to my favorite pre-made templates and playing with the code to see what changed or what broke. I loved the creative freedom that coding brought, and I would bask in the powerful glory of 1998-level CSS design that I was able to compose (in 2006).My curiosity has consistently driven me to find more efficient and effective solutions, and my love of puzzles has ignited a passion for problem-solving using code instead of cardboard.
