Primary career focus has been in well construction (drilling and completion), with several unique assignments leading strategic/special projects outside the norms of typical drilling engineering roles. Currently managing global rig utilization, negotiations, and executive relationship management with drilling contractors. Thorough technical and leadership training via two-decade career with ExxonMobil. Multiple commercially-oriented roles, coupled with MBA, provide unique perspectives that complement strong technical background. International assignments and exposure to a broad multi-national workforce have provided tremendous opportunities to work with, and learn from, individuals with extremely diverse backgrounds.
