Strategic problem solver and motivated oil and gas professional, with extensive technical, commercial, managerial, and leadership experience. Primary career focus has been in well construction (drilling and completion), with several unique assignments leading strategic/special projects outside the norms of typical drilling engineering roles. Currently managing global rig utilization, negotiations, and executive relationship management with drilling contractors. Thorough technical and leadership training via two-decade career with ExxonMobil. Multiple commercially-oriented roles, coupled with MBA, provide unique perspectives that complement strong technical background. International assignments and exposure to a broad multi-national workforce have provided tremendous opportunities to work with, and learn from, individuals with extremely diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, I enjoy supporting my alma mater through active participation in the Oklahoma State University Petroleum Engineering Industry Advisory Board.
