ABOUT MATTHEW MORRISON
I have eighteen years experience project managing complex projects within the defence industry; I have worked for two major multi-national corporations, across the Aerospace and Maritime sectors. Prior to this I served as an Army Officer, in various leadership roles and theatres.I hold various Project Management accreditations (IPMA Level B; Chartered Project Professional (ChPP); and Registered Project Professional (RPP)). In addition to this, I have a strong delivery background - leading a mix of integrated (multi-disciplinary) and direct project management teams.My experiences cover the full project life-cycle, from Bid Management through to Project Delivery. I have fulfilled a variety of project leadership roles, including Head of the Project Management Discipline to Programme Manager/Director-level delivery roles of Domestic and Export projects, across a number of platforms and portfolios.
