I oversee all service program operations for six individual countries within the Asia-Pacific Region (APAC) with a team of 36 direct reports for the Thales InFlyt Experience. In addition, I manage and control each country\'s project budget: which ranges from $13M to $149M and is based on how many aircraft are located in the country.\\\\n\\\\nKey Accomplishments Include:\\\\n-Support the bid process for various airlines by providing and reviewing the final modeling for potential service programs or the service aspect of combined Hardware/Services bids\\\\n-Devise tailored project proposals and business strategy plans for each country to ensure all local airline regulations adhere; design custom SOPs to streamline workflow processes\\\\n-Consult with clients directly in determining bid prices for new aircraft warranties; devise tailored service solutions that are aligned with the clients\' goals as well as maximize revenue gain \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
