Day-to-day responsibilities are to ensure talent participation in panels, screenings, promotional events, photoshoots, promos, public affairs initiatives, ad sales, symphony/marketing campaigns, and content for social & digital platforms. By employing my robust interpersonal skills, I develop and nurture strategic relationships with talent, publicists, and managers. My managerial expertise enables me to lead a seven-person team to streamline day-to-day workflows. By leveraging my rich background in talent management, I effectively oversee logistics and budgets of all talent travel processes and manage timelines while leading talent operations for appearances, events, and shoots. My role here entails identifying methods to turn NOs into YESs while serving as the main point of contact for all Peacock talent asks. I am accountable for harmonizing and promoting the brand and specific titles while partnering with internal clients.Some of my key accomplishments associated with this job role include:• Played a vital role in the successful launch of Peacock streaming service in 2020; top priority of NBCUniversal• Ensured talent participation in all major NBCU and industry events such as Upfronts, Red Carpet Premiers, Conventions, Festivals, cross-platform “symphony” opportunities like appearances at the Super Bowl, Sunday Night Football, WWE events, Premier League, and appearances on NBC entertainment programs.• Steered all logistics for Super Bowl guests and led Super Bowl integrations• Headed TR for original programs and films, plus top library content like The Office and Yellowstone.• Developed and nurtured strategic Peacock and NBCU relationships with talent, publicists, managers, and agents targeted toward catering to talent comfort and a mutually beneficial existence.
