Nearly two decades in sales and marketing, I’ve acquired both a skill set and a passion for business development. Starting out in door to door sales, to launching a branding agency, to Co-Founder of a national cookie franchise, one things remained; I always focus on growing and finding solutions. In the past two years with Cookie Co. I’ve become obsessed with growth. And not just growth, but proper and strategic growth. Anyone can grow a company, but how do you grow a company that will have compound growth? That comes from having an amazing product or service, but surrounding yourself with the right team. Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to learn from some incredible people. I’ve implemented what I’ve observed in both synergistic efforts as well as innovative problem solving.
