ABOUT MATT ROBERTSON

Passionate people leader, with an open, collaborative style able to inspire and influence individuals and teams to deliver on their commitments. A problem solver by nature, I utilise data to drive discussions and decision making to help set both strategic vision and to support operational process improvement. With over 16 years in Operations Management roles (12+ in Clinical Research and 4 in Hiring), I\'ve directly delivered in projects that have global impact.A proud Googler, I currently lead an EMEA based team responsible for interview coordination and improvement for Technical roles. At my peak, I managed a team of over 50 people, 10 of which were direct reports, including 3 associate leads, across 3 sites - London, Dublin & Tel Aviv. I\'ve lead a number of bodies of work, from GDPR implementation, to KPI improvement, resourcing for EMEA & APAC and Interviewing Infrastructure initiatives - which includes automation of processes and ownership of global comms. I have a keen passion for peoples growth and development, mentoring a number of new FTE managers and facilitating sessions looking at DiSC and StrengthsFinder models with teams across People Operations. I\'ve been fortunate enough to work at a leading Pharmaceutical company, working directly on trials & in a leadership capacity, accountable for a team of over 20 people supporting 15 areas of delivery. As a firm believer that technology can enable better ways of working, I\'ve lead global initiatives in Clinical Operations to support process improvement & information delivery, including solutions deployed to an audience of individuals.
