I am a proud family man, and recent kidney recipient from my amazing living donor! I feel blessed beyond measure and thankful for a new lease on life. When not focusing on The Perry Group or my Keller Williams Elite office, I love coaching my daughters\' sports teams and traveling with my wife. Now back to business. As a native of the Triangle (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel-Hill, NC & the surrounding area), I love living and serving clients here. My passion is helping families and friends meet all their real estate goals. Building relationships for life is my main focus and is the foundation of my business. I have been in the real estate business over 19 years and have helped over 2600 families with buying and selling residential real estate. My background in new construction sales allows me to assist families in new home purchases/sales and guide them through the building process with great expertise. As a former high school teacher, I\'ve learned that I really enjoy guiding people through the homebuying/selling process and educating them on how to make the best decisions for themselves and their family. My team is specialized to allow us to expertly serve first-time buyers, move-up buyers, luxury clients and also investors. We also have a listing division with top agents who only focus on residential sales, not buyers.
