I’m a results-driven leader passionate about leveraging technology and strategy to solve industry challenges and drive growth. As the EVP at Greenius, I’ve played a pivotal role in transforming how landscaping companies recruit, train, and retain their teams. My journey began with unique challenge from a client in the landscaping industry that changed everything. Faced with a lack of standardized training and increasing workplace risks, we set out to create a solution. The result? Greenius—a groundbreaking platform that has since trained over landscaping professionals. Greenius has evolved from an ambitious idea to an integral part of LMN’s suite of tools, delivering 120+ courses (and counting) designed to empower landscaping teams with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. I’ve led cross-functional teams, fostered innovation, and driven strategic initiatives to modernize employee development in an industry known for its challenges. I thrive on building high-performing teams, scaling technology solutions, and driving meaningful change.
