As the lead for HQ communications, I\'ve worked on both establishing a Global HQ Communications Framework: • Develop and implement a clear, cohesive communication strategy for HQ. • Serve as the main point of contact for comms for all teams across HQ and working on ongoing communication for strategic projects. • Create and lead a community strategy to foster collaboration across teams. and enhancing Employee Pride and Belonging at HQ:• Manage the overarching schedule of events and communications, ensuring alignment with all teams while helping with the conception and support of partners\' communication (HQ newsletters, HR, Workplace.). • Create and share content, news, and events/activations (games releases, internal conferences, avant-premieres, townhalls.) to drive employee engagement. • Oversee the migration and ongoing management of the Global HQ intranet. As the lead for global internal content strategy, I\'m in charge of: • Leading the global internal editorial strategy creation and implementation. • Overseeing all internal global content sent to Ubisoft teams on behalf of global communications teams. • Managing and supporting all stakeholders in their communication to internal teams.
