ABOUT MARGIE SOSA

Margie Sosa is a JD-MBA candidate at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and the Kellogg School of Management. Margie aims to leverage her combined legal and business knowledge to drive impactful solutions at the intersection of law and business. As a first-generation college graduate from a low-income background, she also brings a unique and valuable perspective that fuels her passion for advancing equity and fostering inclusive environments. Margie earned her Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During her time at Wooster, she demonstrated exceptional leadership as a Posse Scholar, Senator-At-Large for the Student Government Association, and as the Founder and President of both Latinas Unidas and the First-Generation Student Organization. Her academic achievements include Honors and Exemplar Distinction on her Senior Research Thesis, the Dan F. Lockhart Outstanding Senior Award, and the Cummings Rumbaugh Government Prize, among others. After graduating, Margie spent four years at Deloitte Consulting LLP, specializing in the Government and Public Services practice. She brings extensive experience in strategic communications, change management, program management, and training design and implementation. Margie’s work consistently delivered impactful results, driving innovation and efficiency for her clients and teams. Now, as a JD-MBA student, Margie is committed to integrating her skills and experiences to drive initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact.
