Support Home Depot suppliers in the management, maintenance, and improvement of their nonstock and special-order retail programs. Pro Partners & Managed Accounts – partner with top suppliers to actively manage their nonstock programs and performance. Identify opportunities for sales growth and facilitate solutions to improve and expand pro focused non-stock product catalog offerings, order fulfillment and processing metrics to sell the full, planned job. Supplier Performance - Develops trust-based relationships with supplier account managers, and stakeholders to achieve complex, mutual goals. Analyze market and global trends to assist suppliers in managing their program and develop, secure future product offerings. Mentoring – mentor other associates on personal and professional education opportunities and provide job shadowing opportunities. Salesforce & Tableau: develop ticket, reporting and dashboard business requirements, use cases and mockups. Business Health Dashboard Product Level Reporting: developed business case story, support and initial requirements for product specific performance reporting for our suppliers.Projects: Onboardings Change Management – led discovery and execution including documentation and training for the operations team taking over the implementation of new vendors. The streamlined process will improve efficiency and effectiveness and will reduce supplier onboarding times from 30 days to 10, on average.
