Helping others and working hard were characteristics instilled in me at an early age. I watched my father go to night school for 10 years, while working his full time job, to provide his family with a better life. My mother stayed at home with her four children building a successful home business. Becoming a business owner was a dream of mine. I knew it would take dedication, consistency, and perseverance. I began my journey in healthcare in 1985 acquiring the skills and knowledge needed to launch my first business as a sleep health consultant in 2004. The passing of my eldest child in 1992 made me value relationships more than ever. It propelled my desire to live life to its fullest. I was introduced to Rodan+Fields Dermatologist in 2015. I experienced the life-changing skin health transformation in my own skin and he skin of those around me. I observed the mission of the company lived out by the doctors, Katie Rodan and Kathy Fields through their actions and through their Prescription for Change Foundation. I knew I wanted to be a part of this organization. Through Rodan + Fields, I am able to lead my own business and fulfill my desire to help others by demonstrating how, they too, can become a successful entrepreneur.
