Identifies and evaluates potential CDMOs for new products. • Develops and manages 3rd party relationships to ensure effective and timely delivery of formulation, analytical, manufacturing process scale-up and validation activities. • Deliver materials for clinical trials and 1st commercial launch in line with agreed timelines.• Manages the stability programs for development projects ensuring appropriate review of the data by the Proveca team and that decisions are taken accordingly Project Management and Planning • Develops and manages plans for development projects and sub-streams (inc. all aspects of the project i.e, formulation development, clinical, regulatory, packaging, manufacturing etc.) ensuring timely delivery. • Identifies and manages project dependencies and risks. • Ensures completion and approval of the core documentation set for each project. • Maintains the filing structure for all project documentation, ensuring documents are correctly and promptly filed. • Support the Project Management Office with: system and process development to ensure compliant, efficient, and effective delivery of projects resource planning and management •manages project budget •reports status updates and project risks to the Development Board and Proveca Board.
