ABOUT MARY-CATHERINE FRAZIER
Mary-Catherine Frazier is an Associate in Berkadia’s Joint Venture and Structured Capital Group. The team specializes in arranging joint venture equity and structured capital from a broad range of domestic and foreign capital relationships. She joined Berkadia in 2023 and is responsible for helping the team originate and execute equity and structured finance transactions nationally across residential properties. Prior to joining Berkadia, Mary-Catherine was an Associate in the Hospitality Finance Investment Banking Group at Piper Sandler. During her three years on the team, she was primarily focused on providing quantitative analysis and related transaction support to sophisticated debt transactions for hospitality and large issuer clients throughout the country. Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 2019, Mary-Catherine was an investment banking analyst at a Los Angeles-based boutique investment bank where she specialized in merger and acquisition transactions. Mary-Catherine graduated from Scripps College with a bachelor’s degree in environment, economics, and politics. She is also registered with FINRA as a Municipal Securities Representative. Mary-Catherine also leads development efforts at Scripps College as Chair of the College’s Engagement and Outreach Committee.
