My journey bridges international relations, leadership coaching, and most recently, separation and relationship coaching, reflecting my conviction that true transformation is possible at every level: personal, professional, and organisational. A former political adviser at the European Parliament with a PhD in International Relations, I learnt to navigate complex political environments and appreciate the far-reaching impact of values-driven leadership. Born in Canada to a European family, and having lived in seven countries, I’ve become adept at engaging with diverse cultures—strengthening my empathy and resilience in the face of new challenges. Today, I am Co-Head of Training at key2advance, a passionate community of coaches, trainers and facilitators. Our services, which range from public speaking and high-impact communication to change management, conflict resolution, and career transition—are designed to help professionals, teams, and organisations achieve breakthrough growth. My separation and relationship coaching practice offers a complementary dimension of transformation.
