Planning and execution of Prada Caffè international expansion in APAC, ensuring timely and successful openings: December 2024 Prada Caffè opening in Singapore and in March 2025 Mi Shang Prada Rong Zhai opening in Shanghai;• Developed and implemented strategic plans and two different brand strategies, overseeing financial aspects (BP, P&L, menu engineering);• Coordinated cross-functional teams and managed relationships with internal and external stakeholders (engineering, purchase, logistic, IT, HR, communication, finance teams) driving operational efficiency, improving pre-opening and post-opening processes;• Developed customer journey and guest experiences to ensure high-standards and fine dining service;• Supported F&B and retail offer development with pastry director and corporate chef, to ensure that the F&B offer is aligned with brands identity;• Defined role expectations and created onboarding and training programs for the staff, supporting HR team on the interview process for local teams;• Developed the activations calendar, coordinating teams to launch monthly activities and events aimed at driving revenues and achieving forecast targets.
