The form always serves the clarity.Over the course of my career, I’ve led and supported leaders operating in dynamic, politically complex and publicly scrutinised environments. This includes leading large, multi‑disciplinary teams (up to 160 people), stewarding significant budgets, and working at national‑organisation level alongside government and major commercial partners.My experience spans sport, business and the third sector, including senior roles within English football and work with organisations such as FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League and The FA as well as a range of organisations in other dynamic sectors. People tend to trust me quickly, not because of a pitch, but because they feel understood, settled, and clearer about what matters next.I help leaders navigate complexity with calm, clarity and confidence, so change becomes purposeful, aligned and achievable.
