As Head of New Product Introduction I am leading a global Team of Project Managers, Engineers, Production Managers and Operators, which are in charge for projects in our Headquarters in Italy and the USA.New Product Introduction is responsible to take over product development projects from engineering stage and to coordinate their transfer to series production. This includes- Planning of Value Stream (Production Process, Material- and Informationflow)- Specification and Procurement of Assembly- and Testequipment- Planning and build-up of Production Shopfloor- Coordinate setup of Supply Chain, Inbound, Outbound- and Intralogistics - Setup of ERP (Manufacturing BOM, Masterdata, Routings) and MES System- Production of Prototypes and Preseries Samples in NPI Shopfloors until handover to Series Production
