Setting the strategy and vision for Hermes Parcelnet Ltd in the UK. I\'m now also responsible for IT, Finance and Legal & Public Affairs within my role as CEO, plus every other area of the UK business as before. Under my leadership the UK business has more than doubled to approximately 400m parcels and a billion pound turnover and has become a leader in CX, Innovation & Tech solutions for our customers. I am also the (co) Managing Director for Hermes Europe, sitting on the overall Hermes Group Board.
