Analyze talent pipeline and improve recruiting process and strategy to align with the business needs. Implemented on demand interviewing and assessments to narrow funnel of applicants per year- Work closely with the CHRO, Director and V.P. of Talent Acquisition to create global university program strategy for all business units- Partner with HR to identify, evaluate, and implement early career engagement and diversity hiring strategy for organization- Create program content, lead program events and ensure early in career development for interns and new grads.
