Empowering employees to be better healthcare consumers is one way towards true company ROI. My expertise includes plan design & strategy, leave management, fun & innovative communications, compliance, data analysis & interpretation, and building great teams and vendor partnerships. I enjoy making the complicated less complicated for diverse audiences - whether that entails a deep dive in statistics & benchmarking, creating funny videos about health savings accounts or speaking at a conference. I also enjoy streamlining administrative processes for the sake of productivity.
