About Marlon Briggs
Marlon Briggs Jr. is a graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sports Management. During his studies, he was a member of the Black Alumni Scholar and the Academic Enrichment Program.Marlon served as a Graduate Assistant Academic Counselor for Arkansas Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Women’s Soccer, and Women’s Tennis, and completed an internship with the Razorback Football Player Development Department and was also a student football equipment manager during his time in undergraduate. He currently works as an Equipment Assistant with the New England Patriots organization.His past honors include being named GoldTrap Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Year and Arkansas Youth of the Year by the Boys & Girls Club of America. Marlon actively serves his community by volunteering with Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness, Habitat for Humanity, and The Humane Society.He is an active member of The House of Restoration Church and the youngest of three siblings. Marlon lives by the motto:“The art of life is to live it with God’s love.”
