ABOUT MARK MURRILL

Do you ever feel like you’re at odds with yourself? The disagreement between whom we want to be and the choices we make wears us down. • Are you a leader but don’t feel like you’ve reached your full potential? • Has your inner turmoil led you to some self-destructive behaviors? • Do you have success leading at work but feel like you’re failing at home? If you’re like me, you desire an escape from inner turmoil and many times run to unhealthy behaviors.leading to even greater conflict between our internal desires and the decisions we make, and we soon find ourselves in despair and a shell of whom we used to be. Finding our way back to whom we are supposed to be comes through our willingness to face how we got here. As we come to better understand ourselves, the decisions we make are self-aware and flow from a healthy understanding of our thoughts and desires. We are no longer limited by our fears, insecurities, doubts, or failures. In the past, the need to protect our hearts influenced our motives and we lived internally focused lives. As we grow in our understanding, we turn a corner and begin to live outward-focused lives and experience freedom that comes from aligning who we are and whom we want to be. The journey is not easy, it takes work, but it is rewarding. It can be scary but know others have been through it. If you want to begin your journey but don’t know where to start, send me a DM and we can take that first, and hardest, step together.
