I have a passion for product & project management which drives my desire to collaborate with global teams regarding all aspects of software development projects. Partnering with influential brands such as UFC, Panasonic, Bayer, Pfizer, Berkshire Hathaway, Dogfish Head Brewery, and more, has allowed me to work on a wide range of projects and technologies. Agile development approaches, such as Scrum & Kanban are how I recommend & prefer to manage software builds but I have run my fair share of waterfall managed timelines (with as much agile influence as I can get away with!). When acting as a Program Manager, previously Velir and currently FFW Digital Agencies, my focus is on the big picture, client satisfaction, and team development.

The team works together to oversee over 10 enterprise accounts working in a wide range of industries such as B2B, defense, medical, and entertainment, with partners such as Panasonic, UFC, Ricoh, Pfizer, Saint-Gobain, Certainteed, Otsuka, etc. I take pride in building an empowered team culture while managing the business functions of P&L, resource management, enterprise client digital consultation, and professional development.
