I\'m the Founder and Managing Director of Arrow Planning, recognised for bringing strategic clarity, commercial insight and strong leadership to complex planning and development challenges. Since launching the consultancy in 2017, I\'ve built a practice trusted for its integrity, its collaborative approach and its ability to deliver results for landowners and developers across the Thames Valley and beyond.My work is defined by clear communication, decisive leadership and a commercially grounded understanding of how projects succeed. I partner with senior teams and people, providing strategic perspective, unlocking opportunities and shaping strategies that stand up commercially and politically.My profile within the region reflects the role I play both in planning and in the wider business community. As Vice Chair of Buckinghamshire Business First (BBF) and Chair of the Bucks Business Group (BBG), I contribute to policy discussions, champion local enterprise and facilitate the connections that drive economic growth. This includes active engagement with local councillors, council leadership teams and Members of Parliament, ensuring the voice of business is heard at both local and national levels.
