Improved performance across CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics, EcoVadis and Corporate Knights.Regulatory Readiness – Led CSRD double materiality, EU Taxonomy mapping and climate disclosure alignment, embedding audit-ready controls and governance.Governance & Transformation – Designed HP’s “North Star” compliance model, unifying sustainability, product, human rights and environmental compliance with clear roles and accountability.Compliance Integration – Orchestrated the transition of Poly/HyperX certifications into HP systems post-acquisition, safeguarding market access with 97% on-time delivery.Data & Automation – Delivered dashboards and automated evidence packs to improve transparency, streamline reporting and cut compliance cycle times.Social & Human Rights – Advanced inclusion, wellbeing and digital equity programmes; implemented supplier due diligence and modern slavery controls across high-risk spend.Stakeholder Engagement – Partnered with C-Suite, Finance, Legal and Product leaders to align ESG strategy with corporate priorities and strengthen the external narrative.Leadership Continuity – Provided interim leadership for the Results Management Office (RMO) and Sustainability & Compliance Centre (SCC), maintaining resilience during transitions.Focus areas: ESG strategy, CSRD readiness, investor-grade reporting, compliance governance, climate risk disclosure, social value, human rights & advocacy.
