I have over 20 years experience of the UK and European market for food ingredients, specialising in dairy ingredients, confectionery inclusions and coatings.My career includes manufacturing, technical, general and senior management and commercial roles. I am currently in sales for Orchard Valley Food Ingredients, the specialist ingredients division of Orchard Valley Foods.OVFs confections, decorations and inclusions enhance desserts, ice creams, cakes, muffins, tray bakes, donuts, cookies and beverages. We constantly innovate to bring new on-trend, versatile products and novel applications to food manufacturers, bakers, ice cream makers, coffee shops, quick service restaurants and out of home establishments.Additionally, OVF offers a wide range of packaging options for products sourced, or blended by ourselves, or as a contract service.Orchard Valley Food Ingredients’ portfolio includes blends, caramelised sugars, milk and whey derived products, yeast extracts and specialist cereals – all products that address Nutrition, Function and Flavour in finished products and allow manufacturers to make on-pack claims.
