ABOUT MARK DUGGAN

Mark has contributed to the growth and success of a number of different organizations over the past 20 years. Taking command of an operation or project, then guiding it to new performance levels, is one of his greatest strengths.His ability to analyze needs and create unique solutions designed to yield a desirable outcome has proven to be one of his greatest assets. Credited with significantly impacting bottom-line profitability wherever he has worked, he excels at streamlining less-than-efficient procedures to boost productivity and operations. He is disciplined, with the capacity to make quick and precise decisions. He has highly developed organisational skills coupled together with the ability to work to tight schedules in extremely demanding circumstances arising from his experience as a commercial pilot and further enhanced by his third level and post graduate qualifications. He has extensive experience from the shop floor of multi national organisations to senior management and has transferred these skills over the last number of years to work closely with launching new products or developing new organisational structures. Recent projects he has been responsible for include developing an Irish Air Ambulance Service, backed by Enterprise Ireland, and with Makers & Brothers to deliver a whole new gifting concept for AirBnB. Furthermore, Mark was responsible for the development and launch of a new innovative teaching programme that was successfully launched into the Irish education sector with N3xt G3nov8ion. In 2017 Mark joined Standard Life as a Senior Project Manager, delivering 4 major projects and running a budget in excess of €2.7 million. These included Digital projects, Regulatory projects and Automation Ready projects. While at Standard Life, Mark was recognised for his unique ability in putting effective teams together. While Programme Manager at Aer Lingus, he was responsible for the delivery of a number of projects within the HR Department. He then moved to KBC Ireland where he was responsible for setting up a digital project to introduce a new digital comms engine before returning to Standard Life International, where he is managing the set up of a UK based branch to facilitate the continued sale of the SL international bond in the UK market, and the migration of the international bond from legacy systems to a new platform.
