Also capable of balancing the budget and working seamlessly within the financial, commercial and governance framework of the corporate world.Throughout my working career, have always taken the approach that how you tackle a challenge with the team must always compliment the outcome or it is not possible to claim success. Bringing the right attitude and behaviour to my various roles has consistently allowed me to earn respect even when I was not the technical guru. For me, true leaders are great listeners and always quick to pass on compliments to the team, yet they are even quicker to wear full responsibility when anything does not quite go to plan and will ensure the team learns from the mistake once the urgency for resolution has subsided.
