Summary/Objective Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Essential Functions • Credibility throughout the organization and with the Vice President as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. • Differentiates the Company in the industry by building a solid foundation of long-lasting, trusted, and loyal relationships with customers and advisors. • Provide a well-aligned leadership culture to achieve a significant, strategic, and sustainable competitive advantage in the decades ahead. • Supply leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice and develop strong teams, working together without ego or agenda, across department lines. • Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals. • Leverage existing business development models. • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. • Collaborate with the executive management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company. • Develop an annual planning process to include a business plan, a marketing strategy, and a SWOT analysis. Can project organizational structure, recruiting and retention strategies, development of internal resources, and training needs as well as a viable compensation plan. • Provide mentoring as a cornerstone to management development. • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company • Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.
