Surpass a signal company that maintained a dominant position in the industry for two decades by obtaining a Metrolink contract. Steer project and construction management processes by handling contractor recruitment and supervising the workflow.Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:• Spearheaded the testing and cutover of wayside and crossing systems, including siding extensions and expanding the station platform (SCRRA’s MVMF Station).• Administered FY20, FY21, FY22, FY23, and FY24 Signal Rehab projects in collaboration with SCRRA\'s Senior Railroad Systems Engineer, Project Managers, and Operations, including the upgradation of selected crossings to wireless inhibit technology. • Focused on Legacy Signal Optimization work while replacing EL1-A and EC4 at multiple signal locations with new ElectroLogIXS microprocessors to minimize delays and improve train traffic between San Diego and Los Angeles on NCTD territory.
